Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • For Junior Assistant Manager (JAM): Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. General, OBC, and EWS candidates require a minimum of 60% marks, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates need a minimum of 55% marks. Proficiency in the local language of the applied zone is mandatory, provable via domicile or 10th/12th marks sheet.
  • For Assistant Manager: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required, along with a minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in the BFSI sector.

Age Limit (As of March 1, 2026)

  • Junior Assistant Manager (JAM): 20 to 25 years (born between March 2, 2001, and March 1, 2006).
  • Assistant Manager: 21 to 30 years (born between March 2, 1996, and March 1, 2005).
